Live Fish Orders
Free Shipping: For all live fish orders over $200, shipping is free of charge.
Flat Rate Shipping: For live fish orders under $200, a flat rate of $35.00 will be applied.
Shipping to QLD, NSW, VIC and SA only
Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Shipping Method: All live fish orders are shipped via overnight delivery to ensure the health and safety of the fish.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Dry Goods
Flat Rate Shipping: All dry goods orders are shipped at a flat rate of $10.00.
Shipping Method: Standard shipping options are available for dry goods, including ground, 2-day, and overnight delivery.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through our website or the carrier’s website.
