We are committed to providing you with the best shipping options for your live fish and dry goods orders. Below, you will find our detailed shipping policies and rates.
Live Fish Orders
Free Shipping: For all live fish orders a flat rate of $39.95
Additional shipping charges may be applicable to a limited number of regional locations outside our chosen courier companies’ service area.
Shipping to QLD, NSW, VIC, WA and SA only.
Shipping to WA will incur a quarantine inspection fee, which will be charged directly to the customer.
Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Shipping Method: All live fish orders are shipped via Team Global Express and generally arrive 1-2 days later to ensure the health and safety of the fish.
Dry Goods
Flat Rate Shipping: All dry goods orders are shipped at a flat rate of $11.00 within Australia. Overseas Orders require an inquiry to calculate shipping.
Shipping Method: Standard shipping
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through our website or the carrier’s website.
